To establish lines of direct, face-to-face communication with the general public, actively seek out feedback, and present efficient service quality that is user-friendly, convenient, and sincere, the Taxation Administration, Ministry of Finance set up operation procedures for the Minister to meet with concerned civilians. The Department of Planning shall be responsible for the application, tracking, and management of said operations.
